MULTI SPORTS WEEK
19th – 23rd April 2010
Dear Friends
Our Spring Sports Week is open to all Prep School pupils and will take place as follows:
Dates: 19th – 23rd April 2010
Times: 10am to 3pm each day except
Monday when children will need to arrive by 9.45 to register and
Friday when presentations will take place at 2pm (Parents welcome, childrenleave after the presentations).
Venue: Palmers Close (all drop offs and pick ups from the Sports Pavilion unless advised otherwise).
Cost: £60 per child including insurance.
Other: Your child(ren) will need suitable clothing and a packed lunch each day.
In order to make the necessary arrangements with staff to make the week enjoyable for all children, and for insurance purposes, it is important that children are booked onto the course in advance and that no child arrives without having their place confirmed beforehand.
Due to the expenses incurred for this course, refunds can only be given on production of a medical certificate.
Please return the form below with your cheque, made payable to ‘Friends of the Chorister School’ and a stamped addressed envelope for your confirmation to:

ART WEEK

Miss Graham and Mrs. Davey will take an art course which will be open to all Prep School pupils as follows:
Dates: 19th – 23rd April 2010
Times: 10am to 3pm each day except
Monday when children will need to arrive by 9.45 to register and
Friday when presentations will take place at 2pm (Parents welcome, children leave after the presentations).
Venue: Art room in school. Pupils will be escorted from Palmers Close to school, and back again in the afternoon for collection. All drop offs and pick ups from the Sports Pavilion except
Friday, when pupils should be collected from school (barrier passes will be provided).
Cost: £60 per child including insurance.
Other: Your child(ren) will need suitable clothing and a packed lunch each day.

N.B. The maximum number for this course is 15 – first come, first served.
There is a minimum number of 5 – unless we reach that number, regrettably the course will not run.
